What is Personal Construct Psychotherapy?
What this is
Constructivist therapy is a laboratory for personal experiments — to understand who you are, where you come from, and where you might go next, while protecting your authenticity.
Why it works
Personal Construct Psychology (Kelly, 1955) says we see life through personal lenses shaped by experience. In change, those lenses can pinch. Therapy helps you notice your lenses, keep what still serves, and gently try new ways of seeing yourself and others — aligned with your values.

Psychotherapy... step by step
First call
During the first phone call we will try to understand what your needs are.
First session
The first session is when we get to understand how we feel with each other and if we can work together.
Understand your current lenses
In the following few sessions (4/5) we map the person's core values and relationships.
Exploring and trying out alternatives
Once we build a shared understanding of the person's current situation we can start exploring new possible ways of seeing and addressing the person's challenges.
