Even More You
Hi! I am Alessia!
Psychologist, psychotherapist, researcher in leadership development and founder of Even More You.
I help people and leaders navigate transitions, gain clarity, and act with authenticity across countries, cultures, and roles.
Why I do this work
I’ve lived in different countries and regions, and each move reshaped who I was.
Every time, I had to learn new languages, adapt to new cultures, and rebuild a sense of belonging.
At times, I lost sight of my own vocation — trying to hold everything together while changing direction, finishing my studies, building a career, and becoming a parent.
Those experiences taught me, from the inside, how demanding it can be to hold on to your purpose while everything around you keeps changing. It isn’t just about resilience — it’s about staying connected to what matters most while life keeps moving.

Despite the uncertainty, I kept studying, researching, working and each transition deepened my understanding of what it means to grow without losing oneself.
That path became the foundation of Even More You: helping people balancing ambition, identity, and responsibility to pursue what they want in ways that feel genuine and sustainable, even when life is complex.
Two ways to become Even More You
Constructivist Psychotherapy
Many of the people I meet are navigating change — sometimes chosen, sometimes not. They want to understand what’s happening inside, make sense of what they’re leaving behind, and find a way forward that feels like them.
That’s what therapy offers: a space to slow down and re-organise your sense of self when the world keeps shifting.

In our sessions, we look at the meanings and patterns you’ve built over time — what still supports you, what’s become too tight, and what new ways of being might fit better now.
The work is gentle but active, and always collaborative.
Leadership Development
I also work with professionals who want to bring more clarity, composure, and authenticity into their leadership.
Like therapy, this work starts with who you are — but it focuses on what you do every day.
We turn your real meetings, conversations, and decisions into a kind of live laboratory: you’ll test new behaviours, observe what happens, and refine them over time.
This approach is both evidence-based and deeply personal — shaped by your values, your context, and the realities you face.

Finalist, 2025 Academy of Management MED Award for Evidence-Based Leadership Development.
My approach
Whether in therapy or leadership development, my work is grounded in Personal Construct Psychology (PCP) by George A. Kelly (1955) — an approach that sees people as meaning-makers rather than problems to solve.
It helps you understand how you interpret your world, notice where those interpretations limit you, and experiment with new ways of seeing and acting.
I bring to this work not only my studies and research but also my own experience of rebuilding identity through change.
The process is reflective but practical — focused on helping you find steadiness, clarity, and direction that feel authentically yours.
